1. These terms
Locarium is owned and operated by FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED (company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales). By using the platform you agree to these terms. Where your organisation holds a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are issued through your organisation. Keep your sign-in details private, use the platform only for your own bookings, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to store unlawful content. Your organisation's own workplace policies also apply to bookings you make.
4. Demo and sample data
Demonstration sessions use sample data held in your browser only. Nothing entered in a demo session is a real booking, and it is not retained once the tab is closed.
5. AI-assisted output
Suggestions, forecasts and extracted label details are advisory only. A person must review them before any policy or space decision is taken. We do not warrant that AI-assisted output is accurate or complete.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your organisation's own configuration of the platform.
